Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
- Add mushrooms and white wine to skillet. Cook, stirring continually, for about 2 minutes.
- Add parsley and heavy cream to skillet. Cook over low heat stirring continually until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Serve sauce over chicken and ENJOY!!
