Ingredients:
- Avocados - halved with pit removed
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Salsa
- Mexican Blend Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Tortilla Chips
- Heat grill to medium.
- Brush the avocado flesh with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place flesh side down on the grill over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes
- Turn avocados over and fill the "bowl" with salsa
- Sprinkle with cheese and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted
- Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips :)
